Booking Policy:
Our hours of operation are 9 am to 9 pm. We do not accept residential bookings that end later than 9 pm. We require a $50 deposit upon booking. The deposit is transferable but not refundable.
Rain Policy:
A Jump For Joy RVA representative will contact you to re-confirm your reservation 2 to 3 days prior to your event. At that time we will discuss the upcoming weather forcast. If it is very apparant at that time that your event will be rained out, a descision to cancel can be made together at that time. If the weather is questionable on the day of your event, together we will make the safest descision possible, prior to the delivery of your inflatables. If it starts raining during your event, unfortunatly we are not able to offer a refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Jump For Joy RVA requires a non refundable $50 deposit upon booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event date will result in a charge of 50% of the total of your invoice. If weather conditions are unsafe to set up inflatables, you will be given the ability to reschedule to another date at no additional cost, pending availability. Lightning, heavy rain or wind exceeding 15mph are unsafe conditions to set up and will result in your event being rescheduled.
Delivery Policy:
Deliveries outside 20 miles of our shop located at 6100 Blest Lane Richmond, Va will be charged a delivery fee of $6.00/mile after 20 miles. This charge will be reflected on your invoice. Delivery fee charges may change without posted notice. EVENT END TIMES MIST BE NO LATER THAN 8:30pm unless overnighted
